If you are not completely satisfied with our products due to a manufacturing or quality defect, we offer a 100% money back guarantee if we are not able to fulfil your order. In accordance with Australian Hygiene Legislation, the return of any Beauty & Hair Australia product will NOT be accepted should the item show any evidence of being opened, altered or used. You must notify Beauty & Hair Australia and return the item within 7 days of receipt of the order. All returns MUST comply with these guidelines and will undergo a full quality inspection upon their return. 1. Please email admin@beautyandhairaustralia.com.au to request a refund and we will assign you a Case Number.
2. Mail your returned item to:

3. Package the product and original invoice properly for shipping including a signed letter stating the reason for your return.
4. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
5. All returns must be sent to us via Registered Post. Beauty & Hair Australia will not be responsible for lost or misdirected returns.
6. After we receive your return, allow up to 7 days for your refund or exchange to be processed. 7. Upon receipt of the returned item we will issue a refund minus $75.00, plus a 15% restocking fee. Restocking fee applies to all returns, if goods have not yet been dispatched by Beauty & Hair Australia.
