Returns, Refunds & Exchange Policy


If you are not completely satisfied with our products due to a manufacturing or quality defect, we offer a 100% money back guarantee if we are not able to fulfil your order. In accordance with Australian Hygiene Legislation, the return of any Beauty & Hair Australia product will NOT be accepted should the item show any evidence of being opened, altered or used. You must notify Beauty & Hair Australia and return the item within 7 days of receipt of the order. All returns MUST comply with these guidelines and will undergo a full quality inspection upon their return. Refunds will not be given for change of mind or the incorrect colour chosen (NOTE: please see our colour ring loan program to help assist you in colour selection). This does not impede on any of your statutory rights in accordance with Australian law.

1. Please email admin@beautyandhairaustralia.com.au to request a refund and we will assign you a Case Number.

2. Mail your returned item to:

3. Package the product and original invoice properly for shipping including a signed letter stating the reason for your return.

4. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

5. All returns must be sent to us via Registered Post. Beauty & Hair Australia will not be responsible for lost or misdirected returns.

6. After we receive your return, allow up to 7 days for your refund or exchange to be processed.

7. Upon receipt of the returned item we will issue a refund minus $75.00, plus a 15% restocking fee. Restocking fee applies to all returns, if goods have not yet been dispatched by Beauty & Hair Australia.
